The Role of Financial Management for Corporate Strategy

This unit delves into the decision-making process, providing information on cost-volume-profit analysis, pricing decisions, activity-based costings, risky decision making and capital investment decisions. The unit also demonstrates to learners how to use various financial management control systems to plan and manage such information.

Unit 3

Strategic Financial Management

This unit introduces learners to the various strategic cost management and financial accounting practices, such as target costing, life-cycle costing, Kaizen costing, benchmarking and quality cost management.

Unit 4

Ethics in Finance Management

This unit outlines the basic principles and standards for ethics in finance and business and explores the various ethical codes and violations that are central to strategic financial management.

Unit 5

Financial Governance

This unit explores financial governance and its various uses. it demonstrates to learners the ways in which companies collect, manage, monitor and control financial information such as financial transactions, performance, compliance, operations and disclosures.

Applicants should normally hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have 2 years of related professional experience . Excellent command of written English is required.
