About
Tania Camilleri studied and graduated with a Doctorate in Social Science with the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, following the attainment of her Masters degree in Human Resources Management and Development with the same university.
She currently occupies the role of Ethics and Employee Development Manager at Bank of Valletta plc, mainly focusing on the strategic aspect of people management and development including talent acquisition and management, succession planning, training needs analysis and other employee development initiatives. Moreover, her remit is to create ethical awareness which aids employees to reach informed, complex and difficult decisions.
Prior to this position, Tania was a Human Resources Manager, actively involved in recruitment and selection, resourcing issues, performance management and employee compensation. She was previously a Training Manager at Bank of Valletta’s Training Centre.
To maximise on her wealth of academic, business and management experience, Tania is also a freelance Trainer who successfully delivered a wide range of management and leadership, human resources and personal development programmes. She is a highly respected trainer, making avail of an interactive, motivational communication style with a practical focus. She is also an accredited coach.
