Ivana Tasic is an experienced People Management professional with over 14 years experience in HR, training, coaching and guiding employees and senior management towards reaching their full potential, while contributing to a sustainable growth and development, beneficial to all the stakeholders. Throughout her career, Ms Tasic has dealt with the companies located in Malta, USA, Philippines, Germany, Jordan and UK – offering guidance on all HR related matters, including recruitment, performance management, reward and compensation, policies, procedures, as well as training and development. Ms Tasic is also a Psychology graduate, qualified Gestalt psychotherapist and a family/business constellations facilitator. Her passions are – People Management, Training and Psychology. Ms Tasic tries to integrate these 3 passions as much as possible in her work and lectures, in order to design a unique and tailored-made approach to learning and development fit for all the parties involved.
