He has successfully led projects such as guiding global teams to meet strict deadlines for Cross-Contamination and Cleaning Validation and securing Malta’s first Medicinal Cannabis manufacturing license under GMP regulations. 

In his role as the OpEx transformation lead for Mint Health Ltd, Kenneth is currently overseeing a transformative digitalization project aimed at diversifying the business and creating new revenue streams. His ability to navigate complex change management processes has inspired his team to achieve remarkable results.
