Award in Operations Management (Business Management)

The MQF Level 5 Award in Operations Management (Business Management) aims to help learners gain an understanding of the key areas of operations management. Learners will gain a solid understanding of how businesses operate, what the key levers to sustainable and successful performance are, and how they can be applied, controlled and monitored.
Learners will learn how to:
- Manage operational activities in the company
- Evaluate processes and procedures
- Provide effective solutions to business problems
- Effectively solve business problems
- Present business reports.
This qualification is accredited by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority. MFHEA deems this Award in Operations Management (Business Management) to be at Level 5 in the Malta Qualifications Framework and the European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning.
Applicants should normally hold a Bachelor’s Degree. However, we also assess other factors, including your career progression and leadership and entrepreneurship qualities. Mode of Assessment
The Award in Operations Management (Business Management) is assessed through an examination.

This course is intended for those who are aged 21+ and already have active roles in the management sector or are aspiring to work in the management sector.
