The Award in Finance for HR Professionals (Human Resource Management) allows learners to delve into the basic principles that govern accounting and finance, as well as their role in a business context, enabling them to understand how proper financial management, accounting, and finance can aid the organisation in performing better overall.
Learners will learn how to:
- Collaborate with the finance department to align financial plans with HR goals.
- Monitor changes in the budgeting or financial plans that impact HR operations, and revise hr documentation and procedures.
- Deal with the formulation of simple profit and loss sheets and other financial statements.
- Evaluate and analyse financial budgets for HR operations, and provide recommendations for improving financial planning.
- Forecasting processes to ensure they are reliable, realistic and aligned with HR goals.
