The Award in Human Resource Development (HR Management) introduces learners to the role of continuous professional development within HR, outlining the importance of determining possible training gaps and needs and demonstrating how these can be tackled to improve the overall performance of individuals and organisations.

Applicants should normally hold a Bachelor’s Degree – however, we may also assess other factors including your career progression, and leadership and entrepreneurship qualities. This Award in Human Resource Development (HR Management) is assessed through the use of a case-study and presentation and an assignment.
