The Award in Strategic Planning and Management (Business Administration) introduces students to the techniques and processes of strategic planning and management. Learners will gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and competence to be able to effectively plan, manage, execute and monitor strategic plans within the place of work.
Learners will learn how to:
- Develop and implement strategic plans.
- Evaluate organisation’s macro-environment.
- Identify opportunities and threats.
- Make use of critical and creative thinking.

This qualification is awarded by Central Mediterranean Business School (CMBS).
Accrediting Body
This qualification is accredited by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority. MFHEA deems this Award in Strategic Planning and Management (Business Administration) to be at Level 7 in the Malta Qualifications Framework and the European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning.
Entry Requirements
Applicants should normally hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have 2 years of related professional experience . Excellent command of written English is required.

Mode of Assessment
This Award in Strategic Planning and Financial Management (Business Administration) is assessed through an individual presentation based on a case-study and an individual report on the presentation.
