Our approach to education
Building on the success of the Gymnasium model
Considered to be one of the best in the world, the Gymnasium education model is highly regarded for its strong academic standards and focus on quality education. Adopted by countries like Sweden and Switzerland, this model is known for its rigorous and hands-on curriculum, which prepares students for higher education and careers in a wide range of fields.
By integrating work apprenticeships into the curriculum, Gymnasium systems provide students with valuable practical experience, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application. At CMBS, we adopt a similar model, ensuring our students gain the practical skills and experience necessary for success in both higher education and professional environments.
SCHEDULE & REQUIREMENTS
Delivery and admissions
The complete programme of study starts in October and runs for 15 months on a 5-day week schedule. To pursue the programme, learners must hold a school leaving certificate and have three MATSEC passes, out of which two must be in Mathematics and English. Learners must also possess an MQF Level 3 Certification in Business Management, Computer Science, Accounts, or a similar subject, and demonstrate a basic level of digital competence, which can be proven through ECDL certification or its equivalent.
