Tania Camilleri studied and graduated with a Doctorate in Social Science with the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, following the attainment of her Masters degree in Human Resources Management and Development from the same university. She currently leads the Learning & Development Centre at Bank of Valletta plc, mainly focusing on the strategic aspect of people management and development including talent acquisition and management, succession planning, learning needs analysis, and other employee development initiatives.
Moreover, Tania is a Diversity and Inclusion ambassador and currently chairs BOV’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She is also an accredited coach and is in the process of becoming an accredited coaching supervisor. Prior to this position, Tania was a Human Resources Manager, actively involved in recruitment and selection, resourcing issues, performance management, and employee compensation.
To maximise on her wealth of academic, business, and management experience, Tania is also a freelance Trainer who successfully delivered a wide range of management and leadership, human resources, and personal development programmes. She is a highly respected trainer, making avail of an interactive, motivational communication style with a practical focus.
