Luke has held the position of a senior lecturer at MCAST for the past 7 years with a demonstrated history of lecturing in financial services, economics and research. Luke has held other positions in the industry such as that of a financial analyst with the Central Bank of Malta.
Luke holds a Masters of Science in Economics from the University of Malta and a Masters of Science in Research from MCAST. His undergraduate degree focused on Banking and Finance and Economics, and he achieved his Bcom. Hons Economics Banking & Finance from the University of Malta
