We expect our tutors to bridge the gap between theory and practice, delivering content that is grounded in academic rigour while remaining closely aligned with current industry trends, frameworks, and literature.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A minimum of a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (a doctoral qualification is required for the Doctoral Programme);
- Substantial industry experience in their area of expertise;
- Previous experience in lecturing or training adults, ideally within further or higher education;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- A commitment to academic integrity and student success.
Experience working with diverse student groups or within international education settings will be considered an asset.
