Upon successful completion of the course, individuals will also obtain the relevant licence to act as real estate agents as outlined in ACT No. XXXII of 2020 — Real Estate Agents, Property Brokers and Property Consultants Act, 2020.

This qualification is accredited by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority. MFHEA deems this award to be at Level 4 in the Malta Qualifications Framework and the European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements but participants will need to be over 18 years of age, and be in possession of a school leaving certificate and passes in English and Maltese language examinations (or mother language in the case of a foreigner), or 1 year of experience in a relevant field.

To achieve the MQF Level 4 Award for Real Estate Property Consultants qualification, candidates need to successfully pass a series of examinations.

This module will help students understand Maltese legislation when dealing with the selling or renting of property. Students will be exposed to the standard contractual clauses in a letting/sale contract in addition to the fundamental regulations governing the property industry in Malta.
This module will help learners gain knowledge in the major areas of finance related to the selling and renting of property as well as help them understand recent updates and changes in relevant acts i.e. contracts and anti-money laundering. Agents will also be thought on how to manage their own business financials.
This module focuses on the requirements and regulations for professionals looking to rent, sell and lease a property (residential or commercial). In this module, students will learn how to follow procedures and processes to initiate a sale/lease by collecting all necessary permits and meeting various acquisition property rules.
