Entry Requirements
Participants should have a Level 5 HR and Employment Law qualification and have at least two years’ experience working in the HR field.

If you do not meet the standard entry requirements and are adequately prepared to succeed in this programme, we welcome and encourage you to contact us for an interview.
Mode of Assessment
To achieve the Award in Advanced Employment Law, candidates need to successfully complete one oral exam/interview and two written assignments. There is no overall exam.
