Our MQF Level 7 Award in Educational Theories in Practice (Educational Leadership) allows learners to gain a comprehensive understanding of the major theories concerning education. The programme provides educators in practice with the knowledge to understand and critique theories and practices of educational leadership and management.
Learners will learn how to:
- Explain educational theories to learners.
- Design a well research-informed curriculum.
- Formulate educational arguments.
- Reflect on their own professional development and educational practice.
- Evaluate theories of learning and development in Education.
- Work effectively with others.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should normally hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have 2 years of related professional experience . Excellent command of written English is required.

Mode of Assessment
The Award in Educational Theories in Practice (Educational Leadership) is assessed through the use of a reflective journal.
