The Postgraduate Award in Organisational Behaviour is designed to equip students with the requisite skills for informed decision-making within organisational contexts. It delves into the complexities of human behaviour within organisations, examining the influence of individual, group and organisational factors. The programme further explores employee behaviour, emphasising the critical role of organisational behaviour in addressing challenges and capitalising on opportunities. Key topics include perception, attribution, learning, organisational change, culture, motivation, leadership and conflict management.
The course will equip learners with the necessary knowledge, skills and competences to identify and analyse organisational behaviour challenges, critically examine the influence of HRM on management practices, successfully manage and implement self-managed teams and drive transformational change at the place of work.
The Award in Organisational Behaviour is delivered through work-based learning, giving students the unique chance to understand strategic marketing from both a theoretical and practical aspect.

Applicants should normally hold a bachelor’s degree and have 2 years of related professional experience. Excellent command of written English is required.
