Central Mediterranean Business School (CMBS) hosted its annual graduation ceremony at the Radisson Golden Sands on Friday, 7th February. With over 260 graduates taking the stage, the event was more than a milestone—it was a testament to hard work, resilience, and the transformative power of education.
As a recognised leader in career-driven, practical business education, CMBS has once again demonstrated its commitment to shaping professionals into industry leaders. Known for its ability to bridge academic knowledge with real-world application, CMBS continues to empower graduates to innovate, challenge the norm, and redefine success in an ever-evolving global landscape.
The atmosphere was charged with energy as graduates, faculty, and families came together to honour years of hard work, personal sacrifices, and transformative learning. Morgan Parnis, CEO of CMBS, opened the evening with a powerful message about resilience and leadership, reminding graduates that their success is not defined by their ability to follow a path but by their courage to create one.
Kristina Galea Borg, Principal of CMBS, reinforced this sentiment, stating that CMBS is not just about academic excellence but about instilling the mindset, skills, and confidence that will allow graduates to thrive in an ever-evolving world. This is not just the end of a programme; it’s the beginning of a journey of continuous growth. The world doesn’t wait for permission—it rewards those who innovate, who challenge, and who dare to think differently concluded Kristina.
The top Graduates also reflected on a journey that was both rigorous and rewarding—marked by late-night study sessions, heated debates, and breakthrough moments that shaped them into the professionals they are today. They also shared their experiences of balancing full-time careers, personal responsibilities, and intensive coursework, proving that success is built on determination and resilience. Their stories reinforced one undeniable truth: earning a degree at CMBS is not just an achievement; it’s a transformation.
The ceremony was graced by Dr. Rose Anne Cuschieri, CEO of the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority, who delivered an inspiring message about the responsibility that comes with education:
“As you step into the next chapter of your lives, remember that your education at CMBS has not only prepared you for professional success but has positioned you to be champions of positive change. True leadership is defined by your values, your resilience in the face of adversity, and your dedication to making a difference. Whatever you do, do it well—amaze others, and in doing so, you will amaze yourselves.”
While the Class of 2025 moves forward into a world of opportunity, CMBS is preparing to unveil exciting new developments that will continue to redefine business education.
“We are committed to evolving, growing, and ensuring that our graduates remain ahead of the game. Exciting announcements are coming soon, and we look forward to continuing this journey with you,” shared Kristina Galea Borg.
The ceremony was followed with a reception that provided graduates and their families with the opportunity to celebrate their achievements in a relaxed and festive atmosphere. Guests enjoyed a sumptuous array of food and drinks while sharing stories of their academic journeys and aspirations for the future.
