Central Mediterranean Business School (CMBS) is inviting applications for the role of Registrar. This leadership position is central to the smooth operation of our academic lifecycle and includes responsibilities for ensuring quality assurance across registrar-related processes. The Registrar will report to the School Principal and collaborate with the CMBS Board on quality assurance matters.
Role responsibilities (will include but are not limited to)
- Oversee all student lifecycle operations: registration, progression, graduation, and certification.
- Ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely issuance of academic documents.
- Manage internal quality assurance procedures.
- Maintain and update academic policies and documentation in line with quality standards.
- Liaise with awarding bodies and ensure accurate reporting and certification.
Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree (MQF Level 7) in Education Management, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in registrar or academic administration roles.
- Knowledge of student systems, MFHEA frameworks, and academic regulations.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
