CMBS is seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Sales Executive to join our Business Development Team.
In this role, you’ll help guide prospective students on their academic journey — from their first enquiry to successful enrolment. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of one of Malta’s most dynamic and fast-evolving business schools.
Role responsibilities (will include but are not limited to)
Engage and support prospective students with care and confidence.
Present at schools, open days, and public events.
Represent CMBS professionally at networking events and socials.
Drive enrolments with a strategic, long-term view.
Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
Education and Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in sales or a client-facing role.
Confidence presenting both one-on-one and to larger groups.
A flexible, growth-driven mindset — this is not your typical 9 to 5 job.
Someone who values relationships just as much as results.
