As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, promoting and selling our academic programmes to prospective students, and contributing to the growth and impact of our institution.
As our Sales Executive, you’ll be a key member of the Business Development team and will be required to work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless student onboarding experience. You will report directly to the Business Development Manager and the School Principal.
Role responsibilities (will include but are not limited to)
Drive Enrolments and Exceed Sales Targets:
- Actively promote and sell CMBS’s academic programmes to prospective students.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, ensuring enrolment targets are met and exceeded.
Be the Face of CMBS:
- Develop relationships with prospective students, parents, and organisations, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Provide accurate and engaging information about CMBS programmes, entry requirements, and career prospects.
Foster Growth Opportunities:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand CMBS’s reach.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute effective campaigns that attract new students.
Ensure High-Quality Admissions:
- Assess prospective students’ eligibility against programme entry requirements, maintaining high academic standards.
- Guide applicants through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
Track Performance and Refine Strategies:
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, using insights to improve recruitment strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Expertise:
- Minimum of 3 years in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Experience in education sales is a bonus, but a passion for education and sales is essential!
Education Enthusiasm:
- A flair for education and the ability to convey its value to diverse audiences.
Skills to Succeed:
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-savvy, with an understanding of how to identify customer needs and tailor solutions effectively.
