From leading a pre-employment programme for job seekers with intellectual disabilities at Jobsplus to working with Scouts Malta, Agenzija Żgħażagħ, and Right 2 Smile, he has always been driven by a mission to create opportunities for growth and success.
As the Client Relations & Community Engagement Manager at CMBS, Tonio plays a key role in bridging the gap between education and the workforce. He connects students with industry leaders, ensuring they gain real-world experience and develop career-ready skills. Tonio builds strong partnerships between students and businesses, creates work-based learning opportunities, and supports students in their career paths. CMBS is all about shaping future leaders, and Tonio ensures students don’t just learn – they thrive.
In addition, Tonio oversees the CMBS Sixth Form and is excited to welcome the second cohort of sixth formers this October. With a focus on inclusion and career development, he’s dedicated to empowering students for success beyond the classroom.
