I am proud to say that CMBS has helped me in my career growth. The first course I did with CMBS was the ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. At the time, I used to work as an Accounts Clerk but I have always wanted to work in HR so I decided to do the Level 5 Award in HR and Employment Law as well. Changing careers wasn’t an easy task, but with the help of this amazing school and the committed teachers, I managed to do it. Today, I am working in an established professional services firm as an HR Executive and in the meantime completing another course offered by CMBS which is helping me strengthen my knowledge of employment law in more depth and detail.

Thanks to CMBS’s ACCA Accelerated Work Study Programme, I completed the first 9 fundamental exams in just around a year, whilst constantly receiving the necessary support and material from the school. Throughout this course, I was provided with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working with EY. This did not only help me put into practical use the knowledge gained throughout the course but also provide me with supportive co-workers who expanded upon the theoretical knowledge I received through their own personal experiences.
