Joseph has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, with his previous employment focusing on the learning and development within this department.
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a BA in Management as well as a Diploma-Award in Principles of Delivering Teaching, Training and Assessment.
While he devoted a lot of his energy to HR, Joseph also has experience and training in consultancy and employment law. Joseph was also awarded the Outstanding FEMA (Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy) Award in 2019.
