Saviour Bezzina

Saviour is a Senior Tax Manager at the EY Malta office mainly responsible for VAT and other indirect taxes. During his career with Ernst Young, Saviour specialised in domestic and EU VAT legislation. He regularly participates in a number of lectures, presentations and conferences on indirect tax matters (mainly VAT related) and was one of the contributors to the book “Principles of Maltese VAT Law” published by the Malta Institute of Management in 2009. Saviour sits on the Indirect Tax Committees of the Malta institute of Accountants and the Malta Institute of Taxation who are involved in constant discussions with the VAT Department re: all the VAT issues and updates taking place which require the input of tax professionals. Saviour is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and was awarded the 2007 MIA prize as the best student who graduated in the Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) Degree Course Group 2004/6.
