CMBS is pleased to announce the extension of the Get Qualified Scheme following an official statement made by the Government during the 2024 Budget.
Initiated by the Maltese Government, the Get Qualified Scheme is designed to assist individuals in advancing their skills and acquiring the necessary qualifications required by various industries.
The renewal of this scheme means that students pursuing post-secondary education will continue to benefit from financial assistance in the form of tax credits in 2024 and beyond.
Through Get Qualified, eligible students will continue to receive a tax rebate of up to 70% of their tuition fees upon completing their undergraduate or postgraduate studies at a recognised further and higher education institution in Malta.
To be eligible for the Get Qualified Scheme, students must be Maltese citizens or permanent residents enrolled in a programme leading to a certification, diploma or degree.
